Kids In The Middle Names New CEO, Erin Eberhard

ST. LOUIS (January 3, 2023)Kids In The Middle (KITM), a nonprofit counseling agency, is pleased to announce Erin Eberhard as the new Chief Executive Officer. Eberhard began her role on January 3, 2023.

Eric Moyer, KITM Board President, said, “Erin is a proven leader who brings years of experience in organizational structure, fundraising, and strategic leadership from the organizations she has served. We could not be more excited for her to lead the organization into the future. Her passion, combined with her personal connection to our mission, makes her the ideal leader for Kids In The Middle.”

Eberhard spent over 20 years contributing to the success of Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri, where she assisted in growing revenue while responsible for the Girl Scout Cookie Program. In addition, she motivated a team of over 35 employees to surpass set membership goals by celebrating successes and maintaining a commitment to continual coaching and leadership. Most recently, Eberhard served as the Executive Director of Promise Community Homes, where she strengthened and strategically grew the organization to meet the increasing need for accessible and affordable housing for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She oversaw the daily operations of home improvements, reduced cash spending, increased grant support, and developed a 3-year strategic plan.

“I am incredibly humbled and honored to be offered the opportunity to serve as the next CEO for Kids In The Middle,” says new CEO Erin Eberhard. “It is a full-circle moment for me as I know first-hand the difference they make for families experiencing the trauma of divorce or separation,” Eberhard continues. “I look forward to the opportunity to work every day to make sure Kids In The Middle remains available to those who need us.”
